Antonella has worked for many years in the mainstream mass media.  She is a journalist, video-maker and she writes for both online and print newspapers, specialising in human rights, immigration, developing countries (particularly Africa) and social media as well as citizen journalism.

Paola is an accountant with a national organisation.  She is an experienced volunteer, specialising in animal welfare, and is always keen to take on new challenges.

Maria Pia is an expert in logistics currently working for an international enterprise.  She is also an experienced volunteer, working especially with the elderly and disabled, and in difficult situations such as the earthquake in Friuli.

Irma is an artist, interior decorator and restorer. She also teaches art- and colour-therapy, organising classes in which she uses the arts as a means of promoting well-being.

Roberto Zauli : Co-founder of Ashanti Development Italia

Roberto Zauli

Roberto is an expert in health and safety in the workplace.  He is also an experienced and enthusiastic volunteer, and has worked with organisations including WWF, Green Peace, ACHNUR, Amnesty International and, now, Ashanti Development Italia.

Davide Galati :

Davide Galati

Davide Galati specialises in Development Economics. Since 2009, he has worked as Citizen Journalist for the Global Voices network, and for the Italian CJ website and non-profit organization Voci Globali, that he legally represents. Trying to balance thought and action, in 2012 traveled to the Ashanti Region where he could observe firsthand the quality of AD’s people and projects, thus remaining in the forefront of the activities on the Italian side.
